Privacy policy
415TH is designed to keep creator media local by default. This page explains what is processed in the browser, what may reach our server, and when third-party services are involved.
Controller and contact
Contact email: base@415th.com. Add the final legal operator name and postal address here before a broader paid launch.
Local tools
Video, image, subtitle, transcript, and file utilities are designed to run locally in your browser whenever technically possible. Source files are not uploaded for local tools. The app uses browser object URLs, canvas, text processing, workers, and FFmpeg.wasm exports on your device.
Temporary browser storage
The app may use browser memory, object URLs, local storage, and IndexedDB-style temporary storage for previews, project state, saved GIF selections, and export workflows. You can clear this data through app controls or browser settings.
Server requests
When you visit the website, standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, time, URL, and response status may be processed by hosting infrastructure for security, delivery, debugging, and abuse prevention.
GIPHY API
The GIF planner uses server-side API routes to call the official GIPHY API. Search terms and technical request data may be processed by GIPHY according to its own terms and privacy policy. User video files are not sent to GIPHY by local editor tools.
Contact emails
If you email base@415th.com, we process your email address, message content, and related metadata to answer your request and handle support, legal, privacy, or rights-related messages.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current product is intended to run without advertising cookies. Essential browser storage may be used to provide local functionality. If analytics, accounts, payments, or upload-based AI features are added later, this policy and any consent flow must be updated first.
Legal bases and retention
Processing may be based on legitimate interests in operating a secure website, performance of requested functionality, legal obligations, and consent where required. Local editor data remains on your device until cleared. Server logs and support emails are retained only as long as needed for operation, security, legal handling, or support.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, especially in the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact base@415th.com to exercise privacy rights.
